Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Lost or Delayed

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
