Welcome to JM Designs. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

About Us
JM Designs is a small, family-run business specializing in handmade and made-to-order products, including embroidered apparel, accessories, stationery, stickers, gifts, and our monthly Cartitas & Cositas Snail Mail Club.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selections, personalization details (if applicable), and shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade or made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, placement, stitching, print, or finish may occur. These differences make each item unique and are not considered defects.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, JM Designs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cartitas & Cositas Snail Mail Club
Monthly Snail Mail Club envelopes are mailed using a standard USPS postage stamp rather than tracked shipping.
By subscribing, you understand and agree that:
Tracking is not provided.
Monthly mailings begin shipping during the last week of the previous month.
Delivery times may vary depending on USPS mail service.
Once mailed, JM Designs cannot guarantee delivery dates or track the envelope’s location.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can work toward a resolution.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by JM Designs.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, dates, and personalization details.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, product designs, photographs, logos, branding, graphics, and website content are the property of JM Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used without written permission.
Product Colors
We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
Limitation of Liability
JM Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
